I had booked the wrong round trip. My own fault for not paying detailed attention! And this company is the BEST, they took us instead on a different trip even though they had no reason to do this!!Unbelievable gracious leadership!! We are so thankful and will always book with them again!!! Thank you all!!! ❤️The Photos don’t do it justice how interesting it was and how much fun we had!!! Again, thank you 😊
The ferry was an excellent experience and one I would highly recommend! All staff was very friendly and courteous, the bar was fully stocked and at reasonable prices. This was such a convenient and fun way to go downtown for dinner, drinks, a little bit of fun, and get a ride home. Much better than an Uber! I will definitely do this again!
What a great experience ! We took the ferry from East Bay to Daniel Island for dinner at Kings Tide .( another review pending ) The Ferry attendants were very personable , the beer was cold and the fellow passengers were engaging . Cant wait for return for another trip to Daniel Island , 1st mate Savannah was conversational and did an amazing job . I highly recommend Daniel Island Ferry ⛴
5 star service and experience. Highly recommend booking the ferry well in advance if you're planning to utilize for concert transportation. They were booked over 2 weeks prior to a concert we attended this week and we were bummed we'd have to hassle with Uber or a taxi (prices can be over $150 back to downtown after a show). Something told me to check the day of for cancelations and sure enough, we were able to get last minute round trip tickets. The crew had also mentioned that you can always show up at the ferry and they often have no shows and can fit extras onboard, no guarantees of course. We tried this with a couple we ran into after the show. They walked with us to the ferry and were luckily able to get onboard for the ride back to downtown. Cannot say enough about the crew/ staff onboard and also at their office. Very friendly, professional, and the boat is immaculate. It was great to take in the sights and neat that one of the crew members pointed out where the show Outerbanks was being filmed. Be prepared that the walk from the ferry dock to the stadium is about 20 mins but it's through a scenic area with plenty of restaurants along the way.
Colby and the crew were absolutely amazing. Couldn't have asked for a more generous and accommodating bunch. The ride was smooth and quick. Cheapest beers in the city too! Highly highly recommend!
